Grooveline

Grooveline was formed in the winter of 1992 when five Los Angeles musicians came together to pay musical tribute to the funky sounds of the ‘70s. Grooveline is complete with polyester suits, eight-inch afros and John Travolta dance moves,

Grooveline‘s show has built a loyal following at countless venues across the United States, as well as Europe, for a number of years and has appeared on local and national television. Described as hilariously creative and surprisingly authentic with superb vocals and outstanding musicianship, Grooveline hits every beat of ‘70s verve, from Rick James to Chic, with plenty of sequins and shake-your-booty energy.

Grooveline has performed for all sizes of events, from intimate weddings, to 70,000 football fans at the 1998 NFC Championship Game in San Francisco. Grooveline’s clients include Sports Illustrated, SF 49ers, Microsoft, Cisoco Systems, NBC, the NFL, Levi Strauss, and Bill Graham Presents.

Grooveline especially prides themselves on corporate event entertainment. From the “9 to 5” employee, all the way up to the CEO, Grooveline guarantees a fun time for all, making all attendees feel like part of the show. Whether your choice is Grooveline’s “larger than life” four piece ensemble, or the “Las Vegas” style show, featuring horn section, keyboards, percussion, and live dancers, you can be rest assured that you will be getting a fun, interactive, and above all, professional show, guaranteed to make your event a memorable one.
